ABOUT ME

Welcome!

First things first, thank you for being here and taking the time to look at my website.

My name is Jo, and I am a retired advanced nurse practitioner. I qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in 1992, and have worked as a Nurse Practitioner since 2000. During this time, I have worked on Ear, Nose and Throat wards (ENT), Accident and Emergency (A&E), and walk-in centres, as well as in General Practice from 2015.

I have always been interested in ear care. Having the opportunity and ability to assess and safely remove ear wax is very rewarding, and often an instant relief for clients.

I am very passionate about inclusion. I have spent much of my professional life working with those who are neurodivergent, have mental health issues, and learning difficulties. Don’t be nervous to reach out if there are any concerns, I will happily make my space a comfortable place for all. As well as this, my equipment is portable. I would gladly consider home visits after discussion.
